Gas distillation equipment

These are double-jacketed, tilting distillation devices made of high-quality copper and steel sheet. The device includes a flow cooler and a decanter, which serves to separate unwanted substances such as methyl alcohol. Heating is carried out using a gas burner, which ensures efficient and uniform heating.

A great advantage of these devices is that during the distillation process there is no need to stir the raw material. Thanks to double-jacketed heating, there is no risk of it burning, which ensures a higher quality of the resulting distillate.

Classic boilers work on the principle of double distillation. The first distillation product, called “lutr”, does not yet have the properties of a noble distillate. Therefore, it undergoes a second distillation process – rectification, which creates a clean and high-quality distillate suitable for further processing or direct use.
