Our journey began shortly after the Soft Revolution in 1989. The new times brought with them great changes, and like many others, we faced difficult decisions. We were both unemployed – I, the director of a daycare center, and my husband, an experienced welder and plumber. But instead of stepping back, we saw it as an opportunity for a fresh start. And so an idea was born that changed not only our lives, but that of our entire family.

My husband built his first small distillery – just for us, out of curiosity and the skills he possessed. At that time, home distilling wasn’t yet permitted, but his passion and enthusiasm for the craft overcame all obstacles. He spent two years perfecting the design and technical details to ensure the result was safe, functional, and reliable.

In 1993, we officially established a distillery. The beginning was challenging – obtaining permits, finding our first customers, and building trust. We made everything by hand, placing great emphasis on quality, honest craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction. Each distillery we produced bore our personal signature and the care that every traditional craft deserves.

We ran the business ourselves until 2004, but then gradually began to pass the baton to our sons. They grew up near the workshop, watched us at work, and acquired skills that we passed on to them with love and patience. Today, they continue our family tradition, bringing new ideas, innovations, and technologies to distillery production, but always with respect for the craftsmanship that forms the foundation of our company.
